We’re humbled by, and grateful to, all of the educators and leaders who love Seven Steps and took the time to rate our resources in the 2022 EPAA Publisher of the Year survey. Thanks to your outstanding responses we have been named Primary Publisher of the Year!
The award for Publisher of the Year (Primary and Secondary) was determined by two factors: the average ratings from the Publisher of the Year survey, and a review of publishers’ submissions by a cross-industry panel of experts.
Award organisers, the Australian Publishers Association, recognised the complete transformation Seven Steps had undergone over the past year – our website, membership platform, training resources and printed resources have all been rebranded, rebuilt and rewritten.
‘It has been a massive year for Seven Steps with a complete overhaul of our print, digital and training resources.
I am delighted that the changes we have made have been so well received by teachers and educators around Australia.’
Sarah Bakker, Publishing and Content Manager
Our aim is to transform writing for life by supporting and inspiring you in the classroom, just as you inspire us and your students every day.
Seven Steps was also awarded Highly Commended for Teacher Hub in the Primary Teaching Resource category.
Teacher Hub, our new membership site, is a supportive, innovative and high-quality online platform designed to help teachers learn, teach, apply and assess the Seven Steps. It contains three comprehensive writing courses, over 500 classroom resources and a personalised classroom planner.
Congratulations to the Seven Steps team and thank you to our community of passionate and change-making educators for your continued support.
